Lighten Up, Let Go, Love Wallpaper
Lighten Up, Let Go, Love Wallpaper
A quote from one of my favorite authors, the absolute literary genius Tim Robbin’s in his book Jitterbug Perfume. Lighten up, let go, love is the motto in which the main characters used to live forever. It struck me so hard I have it tattooed on my arm as a reminder.
To lighten up means releasing the heaviness we often carry of expectations, perfection, seriousness, and the constant need to control outcomes. It invites humor, perspective, and the ability to see life with a softer gaze. When we lighten up, we allow ourselves to breathe, to laugh, and to remember that life is meant to be experienced, not constantly managed.
To let go is the act of releasing what no longer serves us whether that is resentment, fear, old stories, and the illusion that we can control everything. Letting go creates space. It allows us to move forward without the weight of the past or the anxiety of what we cannot change.
When we lighten up and let go, what naturally remains is love. Love becomes the guiding force in how we treat others, how we approach life, and how we care for ourselves. Love shows you kindness, and compassion are what give life its deepest meaning.
Together, the phrase suggests a way of being in the world: Take life less seriously, release what weighs you down, and lead with love.
This wallpaper is a conversation starter around the playful way we at Thèria incorporate how we all view language and communication within each other and different species from ourselves. It serves as a reminder that we all speak the same language of energy.

To calculate the square footage of the space, it is recommended to combine the width of each wall, then multiply this number by the ceiling height. Next, divide this number by the square footage of a single roll of wallpaper to determine the number of rolls required. Always round up to account for pattern repeat and variation.
