The water glass is our ode to the Venus of Willendorf, the most famous ancient representation of a life-bearing woman ever found. Discovered near the Danube River in lower Austria, she was carbon dated to be from the upper Paleolithic period, around 28,000 BCE. Which means she predates agriculture, cites, and organized religion. A time, which I hope we can revisit in on our future when the continuation of the life of our species was respected, as this is how our species survives. The Peacocks baby rests safely in her mother’s womb, knowing that the outside world respects its mother.
